Question: How long have you worked for Ingenium?
““I’ve worked at Ingenium IDS for 4 years, but I’ve only been a part of the sales team for the last 18 months. I’m an Account Development Manager”.
Question: What did you do before you joined Ingenium IDS?
“I joined the business as a marketing apprentice, so all my previous experiences have either been in education or have supplemented my studies”.
Question: How is this role different?
“Unfortunately, I can’t really answer this question, as it’s my first and only role.”
Question: What are your monthly revenue targets?
“My monthly target is £14,000. Like everyone at Ingenium, I started with no spending accounts, so all of my business is genuinely ‘new business’. That said, 18 months down the line, I am starting to see some repeat spend with businesses that I originally brought on board, which is great!”.
Question: How do you go about delivering success?
“I have a clear view on what needs to be done each day. My time management is excellent, therefore I’m able to assess tasks and maximise my diary every day. This helps me to be as efficient as possible.”
Question: What do you enjoy most about the role?
“I enjoy pitching large companies who have never heard of Ingenium (this is now becoming rare), doing a good job and getting them excited about the prospect of working with us. In addition, it’s great to receive positive feedback following a successful campaign. I have a real sense of pride in my work, but the success also paves the way for another business conversation”.
Question: What is it like working for Ingenium IDS?
“The atmosphere in the office is great. I think we have the perfect balance, whilst everyone can enjoy banter on a day to day basis, there is an overriding focus on the job in hand. This ethos is consistent and everyone knows where the line is, we work hard, but we have a laugh whilst doing it”.
Question: What do you expect you total earnings to be this financial year?
“I expect to earn somewhere between £45,000 - £50,000 this year”.
