Job Title: Account Development Manager
Reporting to: Director of Sales
We are urgently seeking tenacious and resilient Sales Executives with experience to join our already successful sales team. This is a consultative and strategic sales role where your will partner with our customers with the sole focus of helping their business grow. We are therefore particularly interested in speaking individuals who have excelled within a solution based sales role. Your role will be focused on developing long term relationships and maximising opportunities with qualified and self sourced leads.
This role would suit a confident, efficient and driven individual looking to join an already successful team. It is also a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person now looking to join a progressive and forward thinking organisation.
There is a clear structure to develop your career as a sales professional with performance levels in place to promote development and earning potential.
- Pro-actively engage with our customer base to demonstrate the full value of our core products
- Maximise all sales opportunities by ensuring that your product knowledge is at the required level
- Ensure that full sales process is followed effectively to meet customer expectation and exceed revenue performance
- Demonstrate effective pipeline management
- Maximise the full internal resources available to you

- A strong commercial acumen and the ability to demonstrate creative and lateral thinking

- Fantastic communication skulls and a natural ability to sell
- Proven background in a B2B sales environment
- Knowledge of and success in working within a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of success
- Knowledge of the public sector
- Enthusiasm for marketing
